Коротко: розширення «HTML to Figma» і плагін «HTML to Figma Import» не збирають, не передають і не продають персональних даних під час роботи (виняток — дані покупки Pro, див. нижче). Аналітики й реклами немає; єдиний сервер — сервер ліцензій (див. «Покупки»).
Що обробляється. Лише тоді, коли ви натискаєте «Захопити», розширення зчитує структуру, стилі, тексти й зображення поточної вкладки і створює з них JSON-файл (.h2f.json).
Де зберігається. Останнє захоплення зберігається тільки локально у вашому браузері (chrome.storage.local). Ви можете скопіювати його в буфер обміну або завантажити як файл. Наступне захоплення перезаписує попереднє. Видалення розширення видаляє ці дані.
Мережеві запити. Щоб вбудувати зображення, SVG та іконки-шрифти, розширення завантажує файли, на які посилається сама сторінка (з тих самих адрес, що й браузер). Доступ до сайтів запитується необов'язковим дозволом у момент захоплення; його можна відкликати в chrome://extensions. Жодні дані не надсилаються нам чи третім сторонам.
Плагін Figma читає JSON, який ви вставили, і створює шари у вашому файлі Figma; вміст документів і сторінок нікуди не надсилається. Мова інтерфейсу та лічильник імпортів (кількість за день/місяць) зберігаються лише локально у figma.clientStorage. Єдиний мережевий доступ (networkAccess) — до нашого сервера ліцензій (h2f-license.triada110.workers.dev), і лише коли ви вводите ключ Pro або плагін раз на добу його перевіряє: надсилаються тільки ключ ліцензії та випадковий ідентифікатор/назва екземпляра (instance_id / instance_name).
Оплата (Pro). Платежі обробляє Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) — дані картки ми не бачимо. Від Paddle наш сервер ліцензій отримує email покупця, id клієнта/підписки/транзакції та тарифний план, щоб видати ключ, надіслати його на email і вимкнути після завершення підписки. Ці дані зберігаються на Cloudflare, поки діє підписка, і до 24 місяців після неї; видалення — на запит на noreply@ligasio.com.
Покупки (Pro). Оплату обробляє Paddle.com — наш реселер і Merchant of Record; дані картки ми не бачимо. Після покупки Paddle передає нам ідентифікатори клієнта/підписки/транзакції та email; сервер ліцензій (Cloudflare) зберігає їх разом із ключем і активованими екземплярами, лист із ключем надсилається через Resend. Дані зберігаються, поки існує ліцензія, і використовуються лише для видачі, перевірки та підтримки ліцензій. Видалення — на запит за контактом нижче.
Діти. Продукт не призначений для збору даних дітей і не збирає їх.
Зміни. Оновлення політики публікуються на цій сторінці з новою датою.

In short: the “HTML to Figma” extension and the “HTML to Figma Import” Figma plugin do not collect, transmit or sell personal data while you use them (except Pro purchase data, see below). We run no analytics or ads; the only server is the licence server described below.
What is processed. Only when you click “Capture”, the extension reads the structure, styles, text and images of the current tab and turns them into a JSON file (.h2f.json).
Where it is stored. The latest capture is stored only locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local). You can copy it to the clipboard or download it as a file. Each new capture overwrites the previous one. Uninstalling the extension removes this data.
Network requests. To embed images, SVGs and icon fonts, the extension downloads files the page itself references (from the same URLs your browser uses). Site access is requested as an optional permission at capture time and can be revoked in chrome://extensions. No data is sent to us or to any third party.
The Figma plugin reads the JSON you paste and creates layers in your Figma file; no document or page content is sent anywhere. The UI language and the import counter (imports per day/month) are stored only locally in figma.clientStorage. Its only network access (networkAccess) is our licence server (h2f-license.triada110.workers.dev), used only when you enter a Pro licence key or when the plugin revalidates it (about once a day): it sends just the licence key and a random instance id/name (instance_id / instance_name).
Payments (Pro). Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record); we never see card details. From Paddle our licence server receives the buyer's email, customer/subscription/transaction ids and the plan, to issue the licence key, email it to you and switch it off when the subscription ends. This data is stored on Cloudflare while the subscription is active and up to 24 months after; ask noreply@ligasio.com to delete it.
Purchases (Pro). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record; we never see your card details. After a purchase Paddle sends us your customer/subscription/transaction ids and email; our licence server (Cloudflare) stores them with your licence key and activated instances, and the key email is delivered via Resend. This data is kept while the licence exists and is used only to issue, validate and support licences. Ask us to delete it at the contact below.
Children. The product does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes. Policy updates are published on this page with a new date.
